Self Registration

Using the app, the leader initiates the team identity, do the initial registration, add team members, send enrollment emails to members.

Members can download the app and login using their emails, and team ID sent from their leader.

Embedded Workflow

Workflow automation is embedded into the app. All steps will be automated. E-forms will be sent to leaders for approvals according to team structure.

Self Service Concepts

Team can submit a request form from mobileon their own from everywhere. Leader can approve/refuse/comment on request, personnel changes, expense reports, time off requests and other workflows.

Oversee all important information about team. Restrict visibility of sensitive information to leaders. Other information public for all members to see such as team directory.

Team Attendance

Keep track of the hours worked. Easily access statistics to record and analyze time-sheets as well as check each attendance.

Time off

Automated work-flow: members enter their requests. leader decides to either approve or refuse time off requests. Notification is sent to the member and their calendar is updated automatically
